一、       概述

高壓交流電動機液態軟起動柜適用于額定電壓為3~10KV大、中型同步或異步電動機的軟起動。在靜態工作條件下，與電抗器性能相同；在動態工作條件下，可實現無級的連續起動。由于其利用液體電阻的負溫度特性，使電機的端電壓逐步上升，起動轉矩也逐步增加，因而電機起動比較平穩。特別是該系統結構簡單、可靠性強，不僅經濟實用，而且安裝和操作簡單、維護方便。
它廣泛應用于冶金、建材、礦山、石化、供水、電力行業等的泵類、風機、壓縮機、破碎機、皮帶傳輸機等各大、中容量高壓電機的重載起動，是傳統的電抗器降壓起動、直接起動的理想的替代產品。
二 工作原理
該裝置是在電機定子回路中串可變液體電阻的一種降壓起動方式，即隨著主電動機的起動，裝置自動改變液體電阻動、定極板之間的間距，使電阻線性均勻減小，電機端電壓均勻提高的一種起動方式。
主機起動結束后，軟起動裝置從主回路中完全脫離或處于零電位，活動極板自動復位，為下次起動作好準備。
